Bienvenue au Bas d’Avant, à quelques minutes de la charmante et très vivante bastide d’Eymet, à proximité du village des Pruniers, du golf des Vigiers, du château de Duras et du Lac d’Escourroux !
Dans une ancienne grange rénovée, nichée dans un écrin de verdure, nous avons aménagé à l’étage 3 chambres d'hôtes dont une familiale. Pour votre plus grand confort, chacune d‘elles dispose d’un plateau de courtoisie, de la climatisation, de fenêtre équipée de moustiquaire et de volet, d’un lit de 160X200, d’un téléviseur à écran plat, d’une salle d’eau privative et WC privatifs.
Tout le linge de toilette et de lit ainsi que les produits de toilette sont fournis.
Une entrée indépendante vous permet de vivre à votre rythme. A l’étage, un salon commun, une bibliothèque et des jeux de société vous attendent pour des moments de détente.
Chaque matin un petit-déjeuner généreux et gourmand vous est servi dans la salle à manger ou sur la terrasse à la belle saison.
Vous trouverez un large choix d'activités selon les saisons : pêche, golf, randonnées, balades à pied et à vélo, découverte du domaine des Saints Amants, vignes et agneaux, dégustation à la boutique du GAEC, de Christophe candidat 2024 de l’Amour est dans le pré !
De retour de vos escapades quotidiennes, vous aurez plaisir à vous rafraîchir dans la piscine, vous détendre au spa.
Et pour bien finir vos journées, nous vous proposons sur réservation (la veille) un menu unique fait-maison composé de produits locaux frais, de culture bio ou raisonnée ou issus du potager !

For your comfort we have furnished this air-conditioned room with a window equipped with a mosquito net. At your disposal a courtesy tray and a Nespresso coffee maker and a flat screen TV.
The adjoining bathroom contains a shower, a sink, a WC and a heated towel rail.
